密度: 泰和兴浆粕密度为1.41 g/cm3~1.42g/cm3,比PPTA长丝略小;
比表面积:泰和兴浆粕表面呈毛绒状,微纤丛生,毛羽丰富,纤维沿轴向劈裂成针尖状,原纤化程度高,因此比表面积大,在5m2/g ~15m2/g之间,极大地提高了浆粕的抓附力;
平均长度:泰和兴浆粕的纤维长度和直径呈一定的分布,平均长度为0.5mm~2mm;
复合性:泰和兴浆粕表面氨基含量是长丝的10倍以上,与酰胺类的复合树脂有很好的亲和性,同时能在浆粕的界面与基体形成氢键,起到增强复合效果;
韧性:泰和兴浆粕具有很好的韧性,无论在如何激烈的混合加工过程都不会发生断裂,不会降低浆粕的长径比,这是碳纤维和其它纤维无可比拟的。
Taparan® Pulp
Taparan pulp is made from Taparan para-aramid filament by high fibrillation. The fibrillation results in a high surface area of 5 m2/g ~ 15 m2/g. Besides, the amino content on the pulp surface is 10 times that of the filament.
Such good surface structure gives very good adhesiveness and enhances its performance in thermoplastics and thermoset resins.
In the meantime, Taparan pulp is non-brittle. Its size does not change no matter how extensive the mixing and dispersing is.
Having above excellent properties, Taparan pulp is widely used for friction and sealing materials, composites and aramid paper.
